We at Monroeville Pet Hospital continue to closely monitor the coronavirus and its impact across the area with a focus on the health and safety of our clients, patients, and employees.
Please be aware that our team continues to take measures to serve you in this unprecedented time. We take our commitment to the health and safety of our staff and clients very seriously and are working to do our part in slowing the spread of the corona virus in our community. There will be some changes to offer the safest environment for everyone involved.
To start, we will be increasing the frequency and intensity of our already diligent cleaning protocols. All surfaces throughout the hospital including the waiting room, exam rooms and public facilities will be disinfected on a very regular basis.
Currently, our doors are fully open and you, our clients, are free to come and go as you feel most comfortable with as it may pertain to any personal heath concerns you may have; however, we do ask that if you do feel sick please reschedule your appointment or call our office for a “curbside/backdoor” appointment, where, upon your arrival, we will ask that you give the receptionist/technician a detailed history of your pet and a phone number that the doctor can call when the exam has concluded. And please do call our office at 412-372-1100 or 724-961-9954 to notify us of your arrival. If you are unable to call, you can knock and we will ask you to bring your pet to the back door from where a technician will ferry your pet in for its exam with the doctor and return your pet to you when the exam has concluded. The doctor will then give you a call and discuss the exam and any medications that will be going home with you. Payments can be made over the phone. Cash and checks are still accepted.
If you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick or may have been exposed, please let our staff know as soon as possible so we can make proper arrangements to see your pet.

We have adjusted our hours and we will only be in the office from 9-4:30pm on Monday, Thursday & Friday, and 9-7:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.
