We at Monroeville Pet Hospital continue to closely monitor the coronavirus and its impact across the area with a focus on the health and safety of our clients, patients, and employees.
Please be aware that our team continues to take measures to serve you in this unprecedented time. We take our commitment to the health and safety of our staff and clients very seriously and are working to do our part in slowing the spread of the corona virus in our community. There will be some changes to offer the safest environment for everyone involved.
To start, we will be increasing the frequency and intensity of our already diligent cleaning protocols. All surfaces throughout the hospital including the waiting room, exam rooms and public facilities will be disinfected on a very regular basis.
We will be implementing a new policy at this time that NO clients will be allowed in the building for everyone safety. When scheduling your appointment, we will ask that you give the receptionist a detailed history of the pet and a phone number that the doctor can call after the exam. We ask that you please be on time for your scheduled appointment. When you arrive, please park in the back-parking lot of the building. Then call our office at 412-372-1100 or 724-961-9954 and let us know that you have arrived. If you are unable to call, you can knock. We will ask you to bring your pet to the back door for the technician. They will then bring the pet in for their exam with the doctor and then return the pet back to you. The doctor will then give you a call and go over the exam and any medications that are going home. Payments can be made over the phone. Cash and checks are still accepted
If you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick or may have been exposed, please let our staff know as soon as possible so we can make proper arrangements to see your pet.

We have adjusted our hours and we will only be in the office from 9-5PM Monday- Friday.
